How to Access Gmail Priority Inbox from Mobile Devices
We are already well acquainted with Gmail’s latest feature Priority Inbox. The feature smartly segregates unread emails according to their importance as Urgent, Important, Preferential or Can be Postponed. In this dynamic world, efficient time management is very much appreciable. This feature helps to just do that.
But unfortunately, you can’t directly access this feature from your mobile devices. To view Priority Inbox from your mobile browser on iPhone, Android or any internet capable devices, just do the followings.
1. Launch gmail.com on your mobile browser.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Type label:important in:inbox into the search field and tap the “Search” button. All the messages in your Priority Inbox will be shown on the screen.
4. The list includes both the read and unread messages. To see only the unread messages add is:unread to the search string.
You can bookmark the search page for quick future access.

I thought this feature is only for web-based access.. Thanks for the information
