Now BSNL with “One Sec pulse” – a Pay per second Tariff plan
Pay per second is an interesting , innovative and most important affordable idea which was initially launched by TATA Docomo. All mobile users over the world has accepted this concept as in pay per second we have to pay for what we talk!
After the huge success of Tata Docomo tariff plans one can easily guess that other mobile service providing competitor has to be concerned about it and now you can see the impact of Docomo.
On 15th of Otober Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has introduced “One Sec pulse” for the prepaid prepaid cellular Service user (2G networks only). BSNL is providing Special Tariff Voucher by which you can enjoy the service of Pay per second. STV is worth of Rs 45 which has validity of 30 days but no Talk time.
After recharging with Rs 45 STV one can get call tariff for local call including any networks Rs 0.01 for 1 second that is 1 paise for 1 second. Also, you can made STD call to any network for only 2ps per second with national SMS charging Rs 1.20 and Rs 0.60 that for Local SMS. Rest of other tariff plans will remain as per your previous plan.
I guess in future we can see per second billing from other Mobile service provider companies like Airtel, idea , Aircel ,vodafone and Virgin. I will too inform you about their tariff as well. Click for more info.

Actually, the one-sec pulse is actually quite expensive if you are a heavy user
Sir,
pls give us at least 6 month validity for stv 45 per second plan
@SREEJITH, Who are we to change the plans?
It all depends on BSNL
Is the Rs.45/- STV available to buy online ? any link ?
I also want to buy 1 Ps / Sec billing STV 45 online. Did U find out if it can be done ? If so pse let me know.
Its high due to STV Rs.45/- per month.STD rates are double to docomo and other operators
which providing 1paisa per sec or 60 paisa per mnt without any STV or daily rental
BSNL call rates are high then other operators
STV Rs.45/- per month is too expensive. In aircel they give this plan for 1 yr just for one time recharge of just Rs.18/- and Rs.68/- in airtel for 1 yr.
STV 45 for a month is expensive. Hope soon BSNL also comes with a low STV with 1 year validity.Second pulse is very much helpful when we are making ISD calls for 15- 20 secs .Also we can make calls until zero balance.
BSNL Should be more flexible regarding the validity of its STVs like the private operators.
@Abinash, @Nikhil, @Alex You people have valid points……..Lets hope our voice will reach to BSNL & they will increase Validity of STV 45 to one year.
BSNL introduced 1second pulse STV @just Rs 45 per Year with effect from NOV 9.
whats the charge for ffe nos@sreya,
It is 1 paise/sec. in own network & 1.2 paise/sec in others network local call. So, 1 paise/sec in all network is totally false.
The recharge of Rs.45 gives you the validity of 365 days in BSNL. Which is better than other service providers.
i waant to more validity arount 2 year within Rs.150 amount so it totally helpful all. that mean true
here we have not get Rs.10/- topup
best site for mobile
