By default, Blogger features allows you to upload 5 images per post but when you need to upload more than this limit, you may get tired of it. In order to pass this limit and upload more than 5 multiple images, Firefox addon called Drag Drop Uploader gives you an alternative option to upload bulk images on Blogger.

It can be done by following few steps :

  1. Download Drag Drop Uploader and restart Firefox after installation.
  2. Open Blogger image uploading assistant in Blogger editor mode, In doing so, it might seem that only 5 images are dragged, but in reality the remainder is in fields that creates additional hidden browser.
  3. Upload files as many as you want.

    I don’t understand how this works. I downloaded drag drop but I still only have 5 spaces. When I drag more than 5 images it says that I have too many.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks ;-)

      @theMuse,
      All you must do is drag all your files from your file browser into the upload space. It means you don’t even have to click browse and find the files. Hope this helps.

    thank you so much for this! my entire blog is photos and it’s the main reason blogger drives me crazy because it takes so long to upload. if I had only known sooner, I would have saved so much time.

    • Rohit Langde says:

      I have posted it 2 years before and at that time, it was working. Mozilla Firefox and Blogger.com has undergone number of upgrades since then so, Make a sensible comment.

  15. aswin says:

    it works. what i did was; i downloaded older firefox version from their website ( ver 3.0) and later installed the add on. and then selected all the pictures in the folder and dragged it into the upload pictab. its works just fine!

  16. Vanessa says:

    I can’t mine to work. It drags the image but the image takes up the entire space. I don’t see a button that says upload. Could it be because it is a mac?

  17. jana says:
