Google ad below the post-title may lead to disablement

Yes, the post title says correct. Now, you can have adsense wrapped inside post but Google Adsense tips and guidelines says that showing adsense ad units below the header of the post (or you can say at the beginning of every post) leads to it’s policy violation.

The reason behind it is that as per Google is- This may lead the visitor to click on ad by mistake so, it’s “invalid” in terms of Adsense policy.

What to do then?

You all will be in the same question after reading above because adsense unit at the beginning results in good gaining. So, you all can have Adbrite or Widgetbucks‘ ads there instead of Google ads since these ad-networks neither have such policy nor restriction on number of ads on the page.

I too replaced the space with Tyroo but it has more than one reason; another reason is that I’m near it’s minimum payout and want to achieve it asap.

So guys, hereby I would recommend to remove or replace the Adsense units at the beginning of post before you get banned by Google Adsense team.

    Hi notrick,
I saw your site (forum); The placement of Adsense units are not violating Adsense policies but your site content is violating.
I too have a blog called Musicalblast which shares Movies and Mp3 for free.
I was running Adsense there for 4months but after getting paid for once, they stopped serving ads there. They said it violates their TOS. Reason was “Distribution of Copyright Materials,”
I would recommend using Adbrite since it doesn’t have such restrictions.

Yes, Actually, I tried to make the position of that unit to be random position using plugin but then there were reading problems due to misalignment.
So, I have pasted it there.
