I have purchased a Micromax H 360 mobile (IMEI no. 910003000007131, Sr.No: Ew6609101300483.After purchase the mobile phone I haven’t used this mobile properly even one month. Whenver I gave my mobile for a service minimum of 30 days without solving my problem.

The next step I took is tried to contact the corporate office of Micromax at Gurgaon, after so many calls finally someone picked up my call and took my number, I receive a call from Micromax, he gave me the address of new Micromax service center at faridabad. Now I sent my phone to this

This person took 45 days. I have never experienced such kind of pathetic service in my life. No I am planning to move to the consumer court. Please help and let me know what step should I take to rectify this.

Micromax Q55 is not at all a good cell phone.look wise it may be a lil attractive but features wise its nothing more then a useless box introduced as a phone.

I got this phone for 5500 bucks…great phone…no problem at all… but there is some issue in its volume. I cannot hear properly in this phone…can anybody suggest how can we imrove its volume thing?

this phone is nt gud at all….and there is many problem with its volume or hearing..u cnt talk to any one without loudspeaker…or head set…its not durable at all…

hey guys..i hv dis phone…n having many problems with it… then i called to micromax customer care that number was not connecting ever…and maximum service center number which is mentioned in booklet was switched off…n their customer care executive was not providing any useful information and talking very rudely….
i have wasted my 5500 bucks..
q55 is crap. people who say its good actually have no idea what a phone is. Dont ever buy it.

Hi M using micromax q55, Please donot buy this fone. There is a big problem in its volume. U cant hear without switching the loudspeaker on…. This is genuine advice plz dont buy it…. The volume till 7(Max) is equivalent to Nokia’s volume 2……
hey andy mind yourself and think by yourself.. i am also a user of micromax q7.. and i am using this phone for about 2 months.. i have not faced with any problem with my phone.. so if anyone says to take action against micromax so you can say so.. i strongly against it.. and as far as i know the customer care are providing so well.. as i went to its customer care in order to solve wifi connection,, so andy mind it.. dont blame other without any reason,,,just mind it
Q55 does have a volume problem.. they are now offering a bluetooth gadget free to compensate !!!
Another problem is that you cannot set the ringer to silence mode.
Yet another is that whenever a call you make is not received, or rejected, or you disconnect before the call is received, the backlight stays on till some other operation is performed..
q-55 is a third class mobile set, i purchased this set in sep. and from oct the set is with the service centre only, it is not able to read both the sims, shows SIM ACCESS ERROR, INVALID SIM, voice problems etcccccccccccccc. Now I planning to go to consumer court for the same.
micro max the brand mobiles it self is worst especially the sound sys and not even having 3mp cam mainly used for dual sim at the same time samsung is providing the same dual sim with all features
don’t think i am samsung provider compare to micromax & samsung samsung is best
but nokia now a days releasing dual sim compare to samsung nokia is best
