Micromax has launched its first gaming dual SIM phone named G4 Gamolution at Rs 5650, as it is a game revolution phone for Micromax. Features of this phone is basically centered towards gaming. Apart from gaming, several other features that might attract your interests are:

Hardware Configuration

It has a black metal build with bar style and has a TFT display of 2.4 inch providing resolution of 240×320 with 262k colors. It features a 2mega pixel camera with still image resolution of 1600×1200 and also capable of video recording, you can also make use of this camera as webcam connecting via usb cable to your computer. Phone’s internal memory is unspecified but can be expanded upto 4Gb.It has FM radio with RDS and supports live FM recording capabilities. It provides a decent battery life of 5 hrs talk time and 8 days standby.

Edge is not supported on this phone but it provides GPRS data connectivity. It is bundled with mini USB port and Bluetooth 2.0 support. For gaming it has 3D motion sensors with full gaming support. To maximize the gaming experience it comes with a gaming bluetooth dongle.

It can play all known music formats like mp3, aac, aac+ amr and wav. Video player supports 3gp and mp4 formats. There are options available for call and sms blacklisting and scheduling sms. It features large SMS and photo caller ID though it lacks java support.

It Offers support for Multimedia Message (MMS) and Email accounts can be configured on the go. Integrated Ebook reader can read and handle any PDF documents so, eBooks can be read without need of any additional software.

My Verdict: Overall, its an affordable deal to get features like Motion sensors and Web camera at low costs. The looks of the mobile and Memory support are fair. If you are looking for cheap Mobile with attractive additional features then G4 should be considered.
