Tune Up utilities sucks. I installed it and just created mess. My network adapters worked terribly after installing it and the net connectivity was gone.
Would recommend not to install that thing!
Sad to hear that Sukhjit but its something I have never experienced since last 3 years. However not used 2010 version and Still on TuneUp 2009 which I think is a best cleaning and optimization tool.
Rohit I have been using earlier tune up utilities too But this was the only version which bothered me. I have friends too who encountered the same.
This led me to use another applications like:
Auslogics Boost Speed and Advanced System Care Pro.
They work great. Try them.
I am currently using Tuneup utilities 2010, but did not get any such troubles, if you feel that there are some settings changed due to which your net connection is dropping then you can try undoing the changes made by tuneup from “More Functions”.
I have used tune up utilities in the past.
Great features in the new version.
Will check this out.
2008 version was great, 2009 was good – this version should be avoided at all costs.
Especially if your running 7.
There is too much wrong to list here, but it’s almost universally bad.
I’ve purchased TU since 2006 but will never use it again – partly because I can do most of the maintenance myself now – but mostly due to the complete inefficiency of this software.
They botched this one badly.
Tune up is the best program i ever found.
very satisfied with Tune Up
Like other big apps, this one keeps going downhill!!
