Opera styled Thumbnail Tabs on Firefox

opera-tab-miniatureAmong the many improvements in the interface included in Opera 10 beta is the new miniature bar (or “visual tabs) as shown in the screenshot which shows previews of all tabs at the top of the window. But now thanks to the Tab Sidebar extension for Firefox users can also enjoy this feature.

The only thing we have to do is install it and then press the key combination CTRL + SHIFT + E to display the bar with thumbnails in sidebar. Something interesting is that the previews include navigation buttons to stop the load, update the tab, or go backward-forward, one thing that does not exist in the Opera bar miniatures.

Also, when we move the mouse for each of the previews, a preview will appear to “giant”. Finally, we can choose where we want to place the bar (up, down, left or right), and if you want this to replace the tab bar, or that both are visible simultaneously
