The worst ever n/w i have come across. I have used Aircel, BSNL, Airtel and Vodafone. This is the worst in terms of n/w and customer care. When u call to come one and in between it freaks and it displays connection error, network busy in between the call and it gets disconnected. Also when i face some issues they will say that we will take a complaint and take down the complaint no, also they will add that this issue will be resolved in so & so date and so & so time. After that nothing will happen. They will never ever come back with a resolution. If you again call them then they will say that we will take a complaint regarding this issue and if we ask what happened to the complaint that i have already logged in ? the answer is… sir since the resolution date is passed so we will take a new complaint and they will say the same thing…..
So its better not to go for now… if they improve all the issues then u can go for it….
Its nice….
i want to know that Is Tata Dococmo have GPRS facility
@Ajay Suryavanshi, Yes , Ajay, Docomo also provise GPRS facility you can read http://blogsolute.com/2009/09/activate-tata-docomo-gprs-internet-connection-settings.html to satisfy all your queries.

Now docomo recharge is available online with 2 biggest players like babuchak & ezrecharge
please use http://www.babuchak.com if u use netbanking or you can continue using http://www.ezrecharge.in , the problem in http://www.ezrecharge.in is that it charges the highest internet fees of Rs.6 in day time & Rs.18 in night time
& the problem of http://www.Babuchak.com is that it is only useful if you have a net banking enabled account.
in the morning I received an sms on my docomo that we can recharge docomo online
without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true http://www.babuchak.com is
marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30,000 daily just
to recharge our mobiles.
we want such sites like http://www.babuchak.com
& it also has a very good scheme to win mobile phones at rs.10 only.
Now in the market there are 2 players to recharge tata-docomo online
1. http://www.babuchak.com (Free of cost)
2. http://www.ezrecharge.in (takes Rs.6 for recharging Rs.100 & takes Rs.18 extra if you recharge your cell in night)
I think http://www.babuchak.com is the right choice without any extra fees & it also has a 24hrs call-center
Thats great news. Thanks for sharing with us Anand. Babuchak supports all networks and almost all Banks of India. It great that they are providing recharges at MRP.
Thanks for info and keep visiting
But Rohit, the good news is that they are providing gifts to be won of Rs.30,000 daily just for recharging ur mobile.
& I also saw that they are providing Business SMS at 1paise/sms. I never saw such service, since in the market all are providing 1000 sms at Rs.150 or more ,, but on the other side, they are providing the same 1000 business sms at Rs.10
I liked their service of this sms & also the service of MRP recharge…
Yep, Rs.30,000 is chance of luck but recharging mobile with no extra cost online is just superb.
Regarding SMS, I have never used online services but Rs. 10 for 1000 sms is just too cheap. Great News, Thanks for valuable information.
Thanks Aannd for advising about Babuchak.com,
It was really a headache recharging Tata Docomo, as every time I felt like there was shortage in te market for Docomo recharges. & non of the banks & online sites do provide recharges for docomo.
Thanks once again for advising about Babuchak.com
Is there any bulk sms offers in DOCOMO
that means 1lack(1,00,000.00 SMS)per month
OR unlimited sms facility with national also
Are you joking
1 Lakh sms/months
or unlimited sms
I will die if such facility comes
DOCOMO dont have such sms plan,
MTS Mumbai has bought a good plan.
It charges for first 2 sms in aday & fater that all the sms are unlimited & free on MTS.
i wana know that when will tata docomo launches in rajashthan
I have a slight problem here. I would like to buy a decent unlocked phone and can’t decide on which phone to choose. First of all, i thought of the Nokia X3, because my friend has one. It looks pretty tough, and it all seemed alright, but i began researching others. Now my largest problem is to decide between the Nokia 5070 and the Samsung i900 Omnia. All suggestions are welcome
THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA.
I’m using tata docomo gprs service. But I’m getting error “network busy” every evening from 6pm onwards, which is the time I most required this service. But because of this error I wasn’t able to get service. I talk with their customer care executives many times but they had given a new reason everytime and ignored all my complaints. They are the worst service provider in country. SO I SUGGEST ALL OF YOU TO NOT BUY TATA DOCOMO SIM CARDS.
Thats right. The worst customer care and worst service.
Worst customer care and network. You hardly get signals. I bought two tata docomo nos switching from vodafone. Docomo bill plan form that I signed was not entered right in the system and that’s why they did not add sms and data plan packages to my account. Even after calling 121 and visiting tata teleservices store for more that 20 times, they kept telling me that don’t worry it will be updated and finally they said why didn’t I told them in the beginning. They are not ready to produce the bill plan that I signed as it has that information and wrongly saying that I didnot have those plan selected. If they show me bill plan but now they are saying that they lost my bill plan. So they are just bunch of liars, with unethical and very bed customer services.
Nano is an example of bad quality and so does this on.
