Recent news conformed that Windows 7  7600.16384 is not a final build but this time, it chinese Hackers who leaked the unpacked ISO of Windows 7 build 7600.16385 RTM Final.

Looks like Windows 7 RTM (release to manufacturing) Final Gold has signed off officially. It has a complete build string of 6.1.7600.16385.090713-1255 which is said to be passed the through verification and validation of RTM gold code quality standard.

Many sources claimed that Microsoft originally planned to RTM Windows 7 on July 13th. But Brandon Live told everyone on the Windows Team Blog that Windows 7 will RTM in the second half of July.
