Yahoo 360 is closing – Migrate to new Profiles
Yahoo 360 has finally announced its closure officially after a long wait of 2 years. Closure will take effect from 13th July 2009 and it is recommended to save or download your existing content before July 13, 2009. On this date, all remaining material on Yahoo! 360° will no longer be accessible.
What’s on Yahoo’s mind?
Yahoo! Profiles a very similar idea, I would say the same as Google Profiles looking for a place where you have an online profile and that the same is found by the search engines when someone search the Internet …. a creative idea as little as motivated only by getting traffic SEO (outranking LinkedIn or Facebook or MySpace profiles and many other public out there)
Now, I personally believe that the quality of Yahoo! 360 was so bad that one would prefer to have my blog on MSN Live Spaces using many tags and emoticons. Do you blog on Yahoo 360? Tell us your thoughts by commenting.
