Burn Windows 7 ISO to USB Pendrive
One of the novel feature of Windows 7 is that it can be installed from USB Flash Drive. It is useful to systems which doesn’t have DVD optical drive like most of ultraportable notebooks.
The tool is intended to be used with any version of Windows 7 that bought electronically at the Microsoft Store from where you can download an ISO file.
Requirements: The USB should have a size at least 4 GB should be empty, as Windows 7 USB / DVD Download Tool removes all its contents before copying data to it. How to Create Windows 7 installation USB Drive?
- Click the Windows Start button, and click Windows 7 USB/DVD Download tool in the All Programs list to open the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download tool.
- In the Source File box, type the name and path of your Windows 7 ISO file, or click Browse and select the file in the Open dialog box.
- Select USB to create a copy on a USB flash drive or DVD to create a copy on a DVD disk, then click Next.
- If you are copying the file to a USB flash drive, select your USB device in the dropdown list and click Begin copying. If you are copying the file up to a DVD, click Begin burning.
