Chrome Browser supports Theme and can be skinned

Now it’s official, the latest developer version of Google Chrome supports themes with which you can slightly adjust the look of your browser to our liking. And no hack, as it allowed us to change the colors of the bar of the application.

In the latest version, (if already activated) the browser by default comes with a couple of them, Camo and Snowflake. Chrome, simply after clicking on them will ask if you want to install and configure the look of your browser.

At the moment there are few available, but many more will appear soon, because Google has already made documentation explaining how to create theme. They offer access to a page where you download new ones, but for now this is empty.

The themes are files CRX and its management is not too easy. For example, we can only install from the Internet or opening a hard drive, but we do not have the option to change between all installed.

Chrome will allow these issues to customize the tab bar, status bar, the search screen in the background of new pages … It is unlikely that future changes can be made at the interface increases too, because Google wants a browser to be minimalist, but hopefully this is a good step towards the final versions in both the extensions and themes as it comes activated by default.
