How to Disable Admin Bar in WordPress 3.1 when viewing site

With latest WordPress 3.1 update, comes the Admin bar which lets you access plugins, Comment moderation and other user Administrator options from this admin bar lying on the top of Blog when logged in to site.

Disable WordPress Admin Bar

This is somewhat similar to Navbar in Blogger. For those who liked this change to access admin options from site frontend, stop reading but for those who want to disable Admin bar in WordPress 3.1, here’s how you can do it in one click.

The disabling Admin Bar is easy: just go into the dashboard of WordPress, then click the top right of your user name and click off the profile contains the WordPress Admin Bar. Uncheck the box in front of “Show Admin bar when viewing site

Alternatively you can use the Admin bar itself: click the user name and select the profile there.

Disable WordPress Admin Bar

Yes, you can revert back anytime you want. Also, it is personalized as per user’s taste; I mean each user can choose whether to enable or disable WP Admin bar.

    That’s something impossible if you have upgraded to WordPress 3.1 version?
    This feature is ONLY available in WP v3.1
