Referrals and Affiliates can be fruitful
We generally depend upon Ad units to make most of our Blog-income but recently I posted posted an article “Reviewing Ad-networks and Affiliate Programs” which proved to be fruitful for me. Taking part in Referrals and Affiliate programs can help you earn double (or more than that) of your regular Blog-income. Moreover, you don’t have to do anything more than referring other people to the particular Ad-Network.
So, just have a look at glance on popular Ad-networks’ referral program with their pay structure and all:
Adbrite : When you refer an advertiser or publisher to their network, you get 50% of total revenue for the first three months and 10% of total income for next nine months.
Google Adsense : With an affiliate program, they have a very attractive referral program with number of products of varying types. On referring adsense publisher, you get 5$ when he earns 5$ whereas when he reaches minimum pay-out amount i.e.100$, you get 250$. Also, on referring 25 publishers within a period of 180 days, you get $2000 bonus. Revenue earnings from other than google products varies according to product.
Bidvertiser : When a user signs as a publisher and first earns $10, you get $10. When that same publisher earns $50, you will be credited with an additional $40 which is very fair amount.
Text-Link ads : I’ve already told you that they are very choosy in approving publisher account. So, if your referred publisher gets approved, you get 25$ in your account.
Widgetbucks : With WidgetBucks’ Referral program, you can earn a 5 percent referral fee based on the commissions earned by the people they refer. You will receive this 5 percent for the full 12 months after the new member joins.
So, all those who have not joined with the above ad-networks can sign-up from the given links and for those who already have account can paste referral codes on your blog/site. Readers should note that this post contains referral links so, if you don’t want to be the one referred by me, you can sign-up from the respective homepages.
