CCleaner has Uninstall module but it doesn’t offer you an option to search for leftovers after carrying out uninstall operation.
Yes, you can always scan and run cleaner but then it will search complete system. Where Advance Uninstaller stands out is that it looks for leftover for a specific program after uninstalling.

Talking about TuneUp, it too does the same thing. I used to have it on my PC but since last 2 years, I have completely moved to Advanced System Care Ultimate because it is cheaper and way more effective. Thanks for the information. I wanted to uninstall the program and remove the remains from the registry. I think in that way it will make registry clutter free and increase the performance of the computer.

we can also use ccleaner…its my personal favorite or tuneup utilities uninstaller.
