Select Multiple file items easily with check boxes on Windows 7
When you are moving or copying multiple files from a folder to another directory, selecting specific files requires pressing Ctrl key + Mouse click. This combination can be sometimes not easy as one wrong move can deselect whole selection and practically a problem when using a touchscreen. So, here’s a simple alternative to accomplish this on Windows 7.
Marking files with check boxes would be easier to select files or folders which you wish to copy, move or perform any operation or particular selected items.
To enable this feature go to Folder option (ALT + T and click Folder options) >> Go to View Tab >> check “Use Check boxes to select items” and click OK.
This feature has advantage that you can mark files individually and then easily can perform Windows Explorer operations like copying or Moving or deleting multiple selected files and folder items.
