it gives me access to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\UniClient\UiFrmwrk\UIProfile.cfg was denied

Install first notepad plus and then restart and run in safe mod. Go to location and open the file with notepad plus and see the rows 75 and 85 if I am not wrong for the language change. Save and exit, and than restart and start windows normally. Hope to work.

hey marius, how do i run .cfg in safe mod?

When I installed this, I still had my avast running and the screenshots you have were not enough. I just clicked the first button every time and it was successful.

You can change it safe mode as preciously recommended.
