How to Uninstall Windows 7 SP1 Easily Using Command Prompt

Windows recently launched the final RTM version of Windows 7 service pack 1. If you have already installed it on your system and are by any chance unhappy about its performance here is how you can un install it using the Command Prompt.

How to Uninstall Windows Sp1

  1. Click the Start button and in the search box, type CMD.
  2. Right Click on Cmd.exe and run it as administrator.  If you’re prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  3. Type the following and press Enter
    • wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:976932
      cmd prompt
      
      
  4. A window will appear which will uninstall all the updates made by Windows 7 SP1
