Everyone has a wishlist of the places to visit in this lifetime but very few comes out to be true. Thanks to technology, you can at least experience those places right from your computer. Street View lets you explore places around the world through 360-degree street-level imagery.

By saying that, they mean to say is- You will experience viewing the places as if you are in the center of the places and looking around.

Google Street View now has collection of most popular destinations around the world. It consists of famous landmarks, underwater (oceans), Jungles, Monuments, less traveled Antarctica and many beautiful islands.

If you are getting bored in afternoon with nothing to do, go hit the road, experience those untraveled places with Google Street View.

With empty pocket, sitting on chair, Google has made possible to take you to places. Everything in 360 degree panoramic view, close to reality!

Street View collection as of now consists of Amazon, Antarctica, Art Project, Business Highlights, California National Parks, Discover Israel, Historic Italy, NASA, Ocean, Parks of the World, Poland Highlights, Russian Highlights, Scenic Hawaii, Seven Continents of Street View, Ski Resorts and Slopes, Swiss Alps, Thailand Highlights, UNESCO World Heritage, United States, University Campuses, US Highlights, USA Summer Attractions, World Landmarks and World Wonders Project.

These can be sorted according to Country or Tags of your interest.

Move arrows or drag picture to take complete view of Historic center of Prague in Czech Republic.

Not just streets but you may also explore oceans with underwater photography in Heron island, Great Barrier Reef.

Extreme climatic conditions won’t stop you from visiting the south pole, Antarctica.

Google street should work on all modern web browsers with standard graphic rendering capabilities. Worked smooth on Google Chrome but there weren’t any problems on Firefox either.

So, what’s your next travel destination?

    Dear Rohit Langde :

Your work and research is exceptional.

I have over 50% of my RAM available, My CPU usage is almost around 100% because I require excessive security running in the background to perform my volunteer medical work.

By any chance did you happen to notice when using the “Maps Galaxy”, did the software use alot of CPU??.

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, I faced some freezes during changing the view. So, I closed all other open tabs and unnecessary applications.
It worked fine after that but make sure you have to be slow while navigating else you will mess up.

        Dear Rohit:

Thanks for your reply. Not surprised with your experience using the “Maps Galaxy”. Since I have only one PC, I will pass on the experience of viewing.

I have a very close friend who is Chief Software Engineer for Zemana, Istanbul, Turkey. I asked you prior, but did not receive a reply back. If you do not have Zemana Antilogger installed and would like to install, my own personal key is good for three people. Right now I use, one my volunteer partner doctor uses the one more person can use my key.
