Gifsoup is a web service that allows us to convert any video from YouTube into a GIF animation and those amusing ones can be used as avatar in forums, websites or social networks.
To do this we just have to type the video URL and Gifsoup will download it to servers, from where we will select the portion of the video-about 10 seconds, we want to convert.

The only complaint is the service is that it leaves a small watermark on all the animations, but not too upset considering that the service is free and makes his work quite quickly.
