Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Packs for Windows 7 to search within Documents

The Contents of Microsoft Office documents are not indexed by Windows 7 and many a times, just File name is not enough to find what you desire. Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Packs are meant to solve this issue by allowing Windows to index the content of documents and let you search text content within documents.

IFilter components enhances default search capabilities of Windows Search feature and get search results of the entered keyword even from the specific file types DOC PPT ZIP ONE etc. They are intended to be used with Microsoft Search Services(SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, Windows Search).

You can search the text content within following file extension after installing Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Packs:
