Install first notepad plus and then restart and run in safe mod. Go to location and open the file with notepad plus and see the rows 75 and 85 if I am not wrong for the language change. Save and exit, and than restart and start windows normally. Hope to work.

Thanks for sharing mate! I installed this already and it works great! I have been looking for a trend micro year subscription for free. When I installed this, I still had my avast running and the screenshots you have were not enough. I just clicked the first button every time and it was successful.
i installed the trend micro titanium security but couldnt change the language interface,acces was denied while saving the changes to \UIProfile.cfg .please i need hlp
You can change it safe mode as preciously recommended.
