Ultimate Windows tweaker is an application which features more than 150 tweaks for Windows Vista and now it also works on Windows 7 after its last update.
The categories in which the program is divided are: System Information, Personalization, User Accounts and UAC, system performance, security settings, network enhancements, Internet Explorer options.
The list of available options is quite long, you can set the option to take control of an object from the context menu to change the time when an application is not responding. The app allows you to customize your Windows UI a number of different ways, from taskbar and start menu settings to shutdown behavior to Internet Explorer configuration.
The program requires no installation, so this way you can store it in USB and use it wherever you go to personalize operating system.
My verdict- Simple and free program that I personally recommend it to anyone who wants to do some minor improvements to the system.
