Coming to the point, what to do next is that there are no chances of reinstating your account. Only thing you can do is appealing them via online appeal form. Still, there is no guarantee of getting your account back with respective balance.

Submission of Appeal Form : Even after submitting appeal form after 15-20 days they will come up with reply saying that they will not reinstate adsense account. It read like this :
