How to Download and Update Quick Heal 2012 Offline

This tutorial, however tested on Quick Heal Total Security 2012 but should work on other products too (Quick Heal Internet Security 2012 and Antivirus Pro 2012) as the mechanism remains same.

Quick Heal 2012 Offline Update Location Path

  1. First of all, download Quick Heal 2012 Offline Updates – QH2012.zip and extract into any folder on your Computer. (Say F:\QH2012 )
  2. Open Quick Heal Application >> Go to Settings >> Application Data >> Tick on Pick update file from Specified Path
  3. Browse the location where you saved the Update file extracted which is F:\QH2012 and Save Changes
  4. Click on Help >> About and Click on Update Now Button.
  5. Updates will be applied and now you will see that Quick Heal 2012 is up to date.

    Sir, i m having a confusion related to quick heal uninstall i.e after the trial period end i have to uninstall the product and install again with the procedure given by you but what about updates, every time i have to carry out whole update process , i mean to say that can i have the option of saving the updates or is there any folder/directory where the updates are saved so that i can use them as offline

    i hav installed legal qh 2012.. after installation and registering successfully, i m getting antivirus database out of date.. when i click on update now, the updater is not running properly.. it says quick updater stopped working. pls help me in updating my av..
