I always try to make my Firefox browser more efficient and productive for work. Most of the people like me opens number of tabs and so for managing them properly, Tab Utilities is a powerful addon consisting of all necessary features which you always wanted to have incorporated for easy tabbed browsing.

I liked most about this addon is that it can automatically open a new typed address in new tab. Also, you don’t have to open a new tab manually for bookmarks or History URLs. It has number of useful features for tabs like you can hide tab, highlights unread tabs and Faviconize tabs which only shows favicon of tab excluding title and hence saves space. Also has a feature to open duplicate tab like Opera does.

Navigation between tabs is very easy with CTRL+Tab key and to go back to previous page on a specific tab, just click on the tab to get session history (titles of recently opened pages) on that tab.

Also, you can configure almost everything from your mouse click to behavior of opening and closing tabs. This is really a best extension for tab management as per my experience.

Download Tab Utilities Firefox Addon or if you don’t want too many options then try the Lite version of Tab Utilities
