Here I will tell you how to convert wp page listing to a horizontal drop down category listing with just one step. There might be too many ways to do so but this is one of the Blog friendly method since it does not involve any Java Script , any plugin and teasing with the CSS.

First of all sign in to your WP dashboard admin panel and goto >>Appearance >> Editor >> Header.php.
Now as shown in the screen shot search for ‘wp_list_pages’ in the “nav” section of your theme .

Now you need to replace the entire code with the following code to have the Horizontal Drop down Effect to your theme,
<?php wp_list_categories('sort_column=name&sort_order=asc&style=list&children=true&hierarchical=true&title_li=0'); ?>
which is shown in the screen shot (Check highlighted section). Once the code has been replaced , update the file and you are done.

Connect Micromax PC suit GPRS internet [Windows 7 & Vista]

Step I:
First of all you need to download the Micromax PC suit and driver file which is available on Micrmaxinfo.com, just select your model (say Q7). Now save your modem driver to file location as
C:\ Micromax USB Drivers\ and PC suit on any location.

Step II :
Plug in the Micromax Q& mobile via USB connectivity as of now you can see three option on your mobile as, 1) Mass storage 2)Com port 3)Web cam. Here one has to go for Com port ,press OK.
Now, Goto >> Start>>(right click on) Computer >>Manager>>Device manager
Here you can see your PC name on the top listed in device manager and go for Add legacy hardware& then proceed to add new device as mentioned in step 1 and 2 on the screen shots.

Step III:

Again , Do as directed as mentioned in the screen shot for step no 3 & 4

Step IV:
After proceeding further ,here you will be prompted for the big list of various hardware. You  need to choose “MODEM” and click on next:

Step V:
Go for manual modem list selector as shown in screen shot step 6. You will be asked to install the modem drivers for Q7, just browse the folder and select the path where you have copied the respective driver files say ‘C:\ Micromax USB Drivers\’clcik next and the drivers will get installed.

Step VI:

Now your Q7 modem will be on the list named as ‘Media TEK’ click on ‘MTK GPRS Modem’ to proceed further as figure out on screen seve step no 7

Step VII:

Once you followed all the previous stage successfully ,now you can see the Com port where the USB is connected. Please note that it is/can be different for the all PC/Laptops , so here you can see COM 4 but it may be different for you say Com1 or to like that. So click on next as shown in screen shot no 8. Here you will be through with the Modem installation its now time to connect the Internet.

Step VIII:

Run your PC suit from the location where you have copied(downloaded). I have uploaded screen shot of Q7 PC suit , please examine it carefully. At the bottom right of the PC suit You can see the connected message which I have highlighted with round. Guys , please note that unless you don’t see that connected message you cant access your PC suit and that might also indicate that PC suit is not connected properly.

Step IX:

Once you get successfully connected with Q& PC suit now go for “create  connection “ here you have to create new connection. For Tata Docomo click on ‘Tata Docomo’ as stp no 8 from screen shot. Just press create button and you are done.

Step X:

Now click on Dial up Menu and you can see your created connection say GPRS_Tata_Docomo. Now Just Dial up the selected connection. The same steps can be repeated for the Airtel GPRS as well.

Micromax Q7 GPRS connectivity for Windows XP

Same set of procedure has to be applied for connecting Q7 with win XP as mentioned in our earlier article of LG C2500 Internet connection.

So Follow the step 1 to step 5 from the LG c2500 article and rest of the procedure follow from Step VI to X from this article and apply minute changes as needed.

Connect Micromax Q7 with Airtel GPRS:

First of all you should have Airtel SIM card with balance more than Rs. 10 and any of the Internet plan activated check *567# for all Plan tariff.Q7 comes with pre installed Airtel Mobile Office GPRS setting, if not then Once you Switch On the mobile with the Airtel SIM inside, you will be asked for the setting to install. Please install all the settings as directed.

Step 1: Goto -Menu>>Connectivity>>Wap>>setting>>Select SIM
Now here select the SIM slot where the airtel sim is, say SIM2, press Ok now.

Step 2: : Goto -Menu>>Connectivity>>Wap>>setting>>Profile>>SIM 2>>

Here you will see various Internet settings of Various Telecom operators. Here you have to select “Mobile Office” and Activate it.

Step 3: : Goto -Menu>>Connectivity>>Data Account>>GPRS>>

Now surf the list and you will get Mobile office , if not then create new as:
Goto -Menu>>Connectivity>>Data Account>>GPRS>>Option>Add>
Account name: Mobile Office
APN:  airtelgprs.com
set  remaining field as it is. Save the settings.

Now you are done and are ready to use Internet through default browser or Opera Mini. If still the problem persist check whether you have activated data account or not as:
: Goto -Menu>>Connectivity>>Wap>>setting>>Profile>>SIM 2>>Mobile Office>> Option>Edit>>Datat Account>> here ‘select’ Mobile office from list.

Connect Micromax Q7 with Tata Docomo GPRS:

You will notice that Airtel connects easily for the Internet unlike Tata Docomo. Really telling you guys Docomo can be pathetic some times for using GPRS! Once again Insert Docomo Sim and switch On the Mobile , you will be asked for the setting to install and do as directed. If still you didn’t get the setting go to your message box and type “INTERNET” and send it to 52270 (toll free).

Step 1: Goto -Menu>>Connectivity>>Wap>>setting>>Select SIM
Now here select the SIM slot where the Tata Docomo sim is, say SIM1, press Ok now.

Step 2: : Goto -Menu>>Connectivity>>Wap>>setting>>Profile>>SIM 1>>
Again you will see long list of the settings. If you installed the received Docomo settings properly you will see here “Virtual Proxy”. Activate it through ‘option’ menu.

Step 3: -Menu>>Connectivity>>Wap>>setting>>Profile>>SIM 1>> Virtual Proxy >> Option>Edit>>Data Account>>TATA DOCOMO INTERNET.

Step 4: -Menu>>Connectivity>>Wap>>setting>>Profile>>SIM 1>> Virtual Proxy >> Edit>>Data Account>>Connection Type>>HTTP>>

Use proxy     : Yes
Proxy Address  : 010.124.026.094
Proxy Port      : 8799
user name     : leave blank
password      : leave blank

Now you are ready to use the GPRS via Opera mini or default browser. Please be patient while surfing the NET as it is very pathetic to get connection established. Just keep trying for 10-15 times to get connection , you also can restart the phone to trouble shoot connection problem.

Connect Micromax Q7 with Broadband Wi-fi (without WEP security)

It follows very simple steps ,to get connected with the Wifi when there is no security on,as:

Step 1: Goto -Menu>>Connectivity>>Wi-Fi>>Enable Wi-Fi

Step 2: Goto -Menu>>Connectivity>>Wi-Fi>>Search for networks

If the respective wi-fi network is on or is within the standard range you will see its name after clicking on Search for networks. Lets assume that the name of wi-fi network is “Blogsolute”. Here you have to connect it as

Step 3: Goto -Menu>>Connectivity>>Wi-Fi>>Search for networks>>Blogsolute>connect

The setting page will get opened, Do nothing here keep the settings as it is and click on Done, save it & activate the network.

Connect Micromax Q7 with Broadband Wi-fi (with WEP security key)

To keep your wi-fi network safe from strangers , I will personally recommend you to have the WEP security key to avoid further data usage. Let us assume your BSNL wi-fi network name is ”Blogsolute” and its WEP password is “1234567”

Follow the 2 step as in case of the No security mentioned earlier.

Step 3: Go to -Menu>>Connectivity>>Wi-Fi>>Search for networks>>Blogsolute>connect

The setting page will get opened, here you have to adjust setting as,

1. WEP key setting >> edit
WEP key in use- #1
WEP encryption- 64bits
WEP Format- Hex
WEP key- 123456  (your wi-fi password)
press back

2.Connection name  : Blogsolute  (It can be anything but don’t edit)

3.SSID  :  Blogsolute (It can be anything but don’t edit)

4.Network type : Infrastructure

5.Security Mode: Open Network

6. Encryption   Mode : WEP

7.TCP/IP setting : Don’t edit

click on Done ,save it & activate the network.

Step 4: Goto -Menu>>Connectivity>>Wi-Fi>>Paired network>>Blogsolute>>connect

Now you will be able to access the Wifi Internet.

Nobody is perfect in world that Principle  is applicable to almost everybody. On Dash Board along with the complete status you can see the errors of your site at right corner in bottom. Here there are number of Crawl Error including errors in Http, errors in sitemap, not followed links, not found links. I will tell you how to minimize those errors within in few days.

Above screen shots can really tells you how I removed Not found crawler error from 16 to 4 just within in 15 Days. As such those errors may not have direct impact on your indexing but no error in web Master tool will really give you self satisfaction and chances to be in top of Google search.

Now just go to your Webmasters dashboard you will find Crawl errors link under Diagnostics then switch towards Not found as I circled in above screen shot. Here you will get  number of pages link which are linking to not found page simply click on that as shown. One more window will explore now as,

Here it is nothing but the list of those pages. As an example I chosen one not found link from 6 pages link. What you will do now? Go to WordPress dashboard and edit those post containing those faulty links arose from any mistake or broken link. Here I will discuss about a Bug in gmail that will enable us to detect invisible user in chatting. Some times while chat we need to be invisible, may be because of lack of time to chat or you want to avoid some one! In the same manner the person with whom you are chatting may also avoid you. But after reading this post he/she will no longer try to do so.

Login to your gmail account either from gmai.com or gtalk desktop software. You need to chat with that user for one time only (Its necessary) while chatting (in gmail/orkut) , one window will open as shown above. Click on “video&more” link at bottom of that window, You will see “Go off the record” at top just click on it. Now you are in off the record in google chatting as shown in above fig 3.Do not  go for cancel as it will reset the option again. You can chat with him normally now but don’t tell him about your plan!

After the chat is finished (your friend is log off) may be on next occasion say after 1 hour , 1 day, 2 day or at any instance you can check whether your friend is really off-line or he is on-line but Invisible.

Type any message and press enter if the user is on line you will not get any message in return of those messages that simply means he is invisible to you but he is definitely on line. In other case if he is Off line you will get ” user  did not receive your chat”.

So, to improve your PR try to get more back links from the sites that already have good PR along with unique content.

Talking about recent PR updates I noticed in last week of December 2008 & first week of April 2009 my PR was updated. Now this is really time for the PR update that one can expect. I am curious about this PR update , also I noticed that Google back links has been updated you can also examine your Google back links by searching link:yoursitename.com .

For the one who have established their blog recently I can say they may predict their PR by firefox PR checker tool. Just goto your home page and hold your mouse pointer on.
