AutoReply feature on Gtalk
Many of us have an habit of leaving the desk keeping Gtalk Messenger “ON” This can mislead your friends who may think that you are available online but didn’t reply to them. I agree that you can keep custom message on Gtalk status or simply make it RED to avoid any confusions.
Still, there will be some people who may try to start conversation with you. For them- Don’t make them wait for your reply. Instead, you can install Autoreply so that they receive a message that you are not there.
This is similar to the feature available in Email when you are out on Vacation. If someone pings you after enabling AutoReply, Custom message will be sent to him/her which is ofcourse customizable.

You you could edit the blog name Autoreply Gtalk Auto reply message tool when Not On desk to more generic for your blog post you write. I enjoyed the post withal.
